Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”),

2. Subject of the Contract

This Agreement sets forth the terms for the sale of CarbonEmit software services (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by the Seller.

3. Description of Service

CarbonEmit is a software application that facilitates corporate carbon footprint management and provides emission calculation, reporting and consultancy services.

4. Duration of the Contract

This Agreement shall become effective upon Buyer's purchase of the Service and shall terminate upon the expiration of Buyer's term of service.

5. Price and Payment Terms

Payment will be received on the date of purchase of the Service.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchased Service within 14 days without giving any reason. In this case, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing of the return request. The returned Service fee will be reimbursed by the method paid by the Buyer.

7. Privacy

The Parties agree that any information obtained under this Agreement will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

8. Legislation in Force

This Agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Izmir Courts are authorized in disputes that may arise from the Agreement.

9. Other Provisions

- This Agreement shall become effective as soon as it is approved by the Buyer.

- If any clause of the Agreement is invalid, the validity of the other clauses shall not be affected.

10. Signature of the Parties

The parties hereby declare that they have read, understood and accepted this Distance Sales Agreement.
